Aliante in North Las Vegas, NV

Aliante is nestled in the landscape of the foothills of the Sheep Mountain Range on the Northern boundary of the Las Vegas Valley. It is a master planned community where 428 acres of land has been set aside for public and recreational use. The list of amenities includes three public parks totaling 45 acres, the 18-hole championship Aliante Golf Club and over 24 miles of lit concrete trail systems as well as a natural arroyo which is another of the many nature oriented attractions in the Aliante development.

The Aliante project encompasses more than 1,165 acres of residential and 100 acres of commercial development to include shopping, dining and entertainment venues. A planned gaming resort will occupy about 40 acres of the commercial development. The Sun City Aliante village is an age qualified segment of the project designed for senior adult residents.

Several different home builders have participated in construction of the Aliante community. They include Astoria Homes, Del Webb, D.R. Horton, Lennar, KB Homes, Pardee Homes and Pulte Homes to name a few.
