Providence in Las Vegas, NV
Providence, developed by Focus Property Group, is a new master planned community located on 1,200 acres of land in the Northwest corner of the Las Vegas valley. Sixteen major home builders are planning to build around 7,000 homes at Providence. When completed there will be 30 neighborhood communities featuring a range of construction from condominiums to custom estate homes. The project will have a panoramic mountain backdrop to the west and amazing city views to the east. Providence residents will also have access to many recreational amenities, open spaces and neighborhood centers. The plans call for two major public parks, a tree lined promenade and community trails.
Placed in a lively section of the Las Vegas Valley, there are already countless everyday services and businesses operating in the commercial area around Providence. In addition to an established array of retail stores, restaurants and entertainment developments, Providence master plan has been carefully designed to further expand the choices of lifestyles for all its residents.
A welcome addition to the Las Vegas desert backdrop, Providence will be a elevating community landscaping concepts beyond every expectation. The project will feature several thousand trees, shrubs and plants from dozens of types and varieties. Tree-lined walkways will connect different neighborhoods. Old fashioned ballparks will be included in the community parks. The landscape will be decorated with statues honoring great American authors and historical figures. Every home is designed to help residents take advantage of the great atmosphere, only found in Providence.
