The Las Vegas Cay Club
There is no other place like Las Vegas. It is one of the fastest growing cities in the nation. There is a wide variety of shows, five star restaurants, first class shopping, gambling and entertainment activities available around the clock. The Las Vegas Cay Club is conveniently located near the center of all that action, between Rio and Palms Casinos. It is walking distance to the Las Vegas Strip.
The Las Vegas Cay Club is a condo conversion project from an apartment complex, all of the 360 units were remodeled by the Florida Developer. Many of the promised community features were not completed and as a result the prices have dropped to pennies on the dollar from the original conversion prices. As a result of about a 90% decrease in value there are several challenges facing this community. The good news is that it is headed in the right directing with a great group of owners. This is a complex that you can purchase a two bedroom unit currently between $40,000 and $60,000. Because of the rapidly changing market this has some volatility and is starting to see increased in prices. This is a complex that many investors are starting to make money on as the prices increase.
