Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, Nevada

Green Valley Ranch is a medium sized Master Planned Community that is becoming one of the most desirable areas in the Las Vegas Valley. It is a community that is just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran Airport yet far enough away that it has a wonderful sense of community. You will find Green Valley Ranch is made-up of small “villages” covering just over 1300 acres with several hundred acres devoted to parks, entertainment, and world class retail. The “Villages” cover a wide range of housing options from condos to the guard gated custom village, “The Estates at Green Valley Ranch.” Throughout the community you can take the walking trails from home to school, parks, shopping, entertainment and even the library!

Green Valley Ranch Station

A few years ago in Green Valley Ranch, Station Casinos opened what some would consider their “Flagship” property, Green Valley Ranch Station Casino. Over the past few years they have continued to expand and you will find excellence in their old-world feel from the Sports Book to Spa. No detail has been missed; it has something to offer to every age group, food connoisseur and gambler. You can go from the movie theater to an Irish Pub to Sushi to the black jack table within a few steps. This is a true destination for the locals!

The District

Adjacent to the Green Valley Ranch Station you will find “The District“. You may refer to this as a “Life Style” community. Here you will find retail on the first floor with residential condos on the upper floors and office space just steps away. Some people refer to this area as a place for “Soccer Moms”, this may be all in fun but it is true!

During the day time you will see lots of moms pushing their strollers around on their way to lunch and shopping at stores like Pottery Barn & William Sonoma. On the weekend evenings there is live local music to listen to with a large grass area for the kids to play while you wait for a table at your favorite restaurant. It´s also “Pet Friendly” with designated areas to “Walk the Dog.” You can even purchase a condo and make “The District” your home!

Henderson Pavilion

Just across Green Valley Parkway from The District and Green Valley Ranch Station you will find the Henderson Pavilion, an outdoor amphitheater aka “Shed.” It is quite an impressive site. If you´ve ever seen photos of the Olympic Stadium in Munich, Germany then you´ll have a good idea of what to expect here. It has that same large white circus tent appearance with lots of seating and grass areas below to watch everything from soloists to full Broadway style shows.
