I learned these skills while working as a president of an international corporation. Now that I am "retired", I bring these skills to you, my clients.
When I represent you as a listing agent (also known as a seller´s agent) my job is to assist you and be your advisor to help you through all the paper work, to make your sale as stress-free as possible, to do all the marketing necessary to sell your home as rapidly and for the highest price possible.
When you are ready, I would be happy to take a quick tour of your home, which will allow me to determine condition, amenities, and marketability of the property. After determining these factors, I can give you an exact suggested listing price. This is also a good time for me to give you tips on small cosmetic adjustments you can make to enhance the value and marketability of your home. Of course, this is free of charge. It is my way of applying for the job of being your listing agent.
When I represent you as a buyer´s agent there is no cost to you, the buyer, for my services. I will listen to you to find your wants and needs and then will act to find properties that fill those wants and needs. I will act as your advisor on what an advisor is worth, help you with the paper work and try to make your purchase as stress free as possible.
